Brian Martin

Managing Broker

By the age of seventeen, Brian Martin had already bought his first business. In the decades since, he has started, acquired, and sold eight companies of his own, not as a hobby, but as an operator who has lived inside the numbers, the payroll, the cash flow cycles, and the pressure of closing. That experience gives Brian a perspective few brokers can claim: he knows what it means to be the owner on the line, because he has been one.

That operator’s mindset was sharpened inside Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s corporate fleet division, where Brian worked as both a credit analyst and an accountant after setting new sales records. That combination of financial discipline and sales execution now defines his brokerage work, where he is consistently recognized as a top national producer.

Brian is also an active investor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, with ownership stakes in multi-million-dollar real estate projects and mid-market operating companies. Because he is on the buy-side as well as the sell-side, he understands exactly how serious buyers think about value, risk, and opportunity. When he advises a seller, it is not guesswork; it is based on what real capital is actually willing to pay.

In high-stakes transactions, speed matters, but control matters more. Brian is known for a steady, analytical approach that keeps negotiations focused and deals moving when complexity and pressure rise. Sellers rely on him not just to find buyers, but to manage the process with precision; protecting value, navigating obstacles, and keeping all parties aligned through to closing.

A North Texas native and University of North Texas alumnus, Brian’s work is grounded in a deep sense of responsibility to his family and the people he represents. He brings the same discipline and attention to detail to client transactions that he applies to his own investments, with one objective in mind: delivering results that stand up under scrutiny and hold their value long after the deal is done.

Brian is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M&A Source, the IBBA’s division focused on mid-market transactions

Mike Reibly

Managing Broker

Michael understands the business sale process from the owner’s perspective. As the owner of four companies – two acquired through SBA financing and two built as start-ups, he has firsthand experience growing, operating, and successfully exiting businesses.  Michael sold these four companies to both private buyers and national corporate acquirers.  This real-world, “boots-on-the-ground” experience enables him to guide business owners through the sale of their company and achieve the highest possible value with the right buyer.

In addition to his experience as an owner, Michael has extensive expertise in buy-side acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration. As Vice President of Finance for the Oldcastle Building Envelope Group, a national building materials roll-up, Michael spent five years as a key member of the leadership team responsible for acquisition strategy and execution establishing the groundwork for Oldcastle to grow from a $113 million company in 1994 to the $1.8 billion organization it is today. This experience provides Michael with valuable insight into what strategic buyers look for when evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Michael has also developed a refined approach to due diligence and valuation modeling that includes debt restructuring opportunities and vendor pricing negotiations. He has helped struggling companies improve operational performance and cash flow, resulting in cost reductions, financial turnarounds, and stronger positioning as attractive acquisition targets.

Michael earned his degree in Financial Accounting from the University of North Texas and previously served the Dallas-Fort Worth market as a Commercial Lender. Through this experience, he developed a deep and well-established network of financial professionals throughout the DFW region which expedites finding you the right lender for acquisition financing and loan structuring for the successful sale of your company.

Michael brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, acquisition expertise, and operational leadership. His management style combines servant leadership with a strong commitment to accountability, execution, and results.

Whether you are selling to a first-time investor, a family-owned competitor, a private equity group, or a national roll-up, Michael and his team at Bridgewell Brokers have the experience and knowledge to navigate the process and guide you to a successful closing.

We’ve built, owned, and sold companies ourselves.

We understand that financial statements don’t always tell the full story, and that true value often lies beneath the surface. That insight allows us to uncover and communicate value where others might only see data, frequently resulting in stronger valuations and smoother deals for our clients.
